The objective of this WP is to:

• Develop an efficient drug screening assay using muscle cells from SMA patients and the most
  performant cell culture system available to date for such purpose (CYTOO Myoscreen)
• Use our unique know how to develop secondary and tertiary low throughput cell-based assays using
  SMA muscle cells to respectively produce in vitro muscle fibers and muscle organoids.
